1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all states in Malaysia. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
2. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: RM5–RM10 depending on weight and location.

Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM100 (West Malaysia only).

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within:

1–3 business days for order processing

2–5 business days for delivery within West Malaysia

5–10 business days for delivery to East Malaysia
Note: Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or due to courier issues.
4. Courier Partners
We use trusted courier services such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, Ninja Van, and others. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped.
5. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your WhatsApp, email, or account dashboard (if applicable). You can use it to monitor your parcel status on the respective courier’s website.
6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
We are not responsible for:

In such cases, customers are responsible for re-delivery fees.
