1. Return Period

We accept product return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any request made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in brand new condition.

  • You can provide proof of purchase such as receipt or order number.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Perishable goods such as food or herbal items (if applicable)


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Send photos of the product and original packaging as proof

  4. We will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.


5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method within 7–14 business days

  • We are not responsible for any bank processing delays
